Registry Cleaner is the Industry Standard- Use it and it will show u the possible errors, its at ur discretion to delete the entry or not.

Norton System Works is rather safe, but I wouldn't mess with the registry unless absolutely necessary, for example if you're having registry errors popping up.

Have used it with good & bad results.

Just be careful with what you do with it.

Do you know much about reg?

If not it's better to leave it alone, if you do just do backup first then go for your life.
