This song might be hard to find, but there's actually a song on a pokemon album, the song's called "The time has come". The album's called 2 B a master... I can't believe I just admitted to having a Pokemon album. Oh, there's two versions of it, too, one has that kid talking in it, and a guy singing, but the one you want has no talking and a woman singing.

The song I would suggest is "Friends" by Michael W. Smith. It's a great song and is used very often for graduations. It's my favorite song ever. It was the theme song for my group of friends in high school and one of my girlfriends even played it as a tribute to us at her wedding to show that even though she was getting married, she wasn't leaving us.
