they did it on kingdom hearts 1 also, i dont know why?

Well of course, cause he's the ultimate villian in all of Square-Enix history and deserves to be the final boss in both KH1&2, but since that was already done, they had to settle for this. It's unfortunate that you dont have to actually fight him in the main storyline, I wonder how many people actually would be able to?

It's because he is a speacil boss, and is ment to be like that. Also he is the bad *** of S-E so he's ment to be the best.
