21 handgun nationwide, 18 for shotgun and long gun most states. Some states require a purchase permit, some require registration, your best bet would be to call a gun shop and ask, they know the laws of your state.

I think you have to be at least 21 but I may be wrong, it's been awhile. Just call your local sporting goods store or gun shop, they will give you all the info.

depends on the state but in my state its 18 and theres a 7 day waiting period while they get a background chek on ya and depends on the gun wether you need a permit i.e. assult rifles

you have to be 21, a resident for a year, get fingerprinted at your local police dept. and send in your app. to the state police.
