It being a large area with a wide variety of income ranges, there are many kinds of housing offerings and prices here. How many bedrooms do you need? Do you need to be within 2 blocks of public transportation? Does it have to be near base? Which level of security do you require for your apartment? Are you renting a small studio condo, an apartment, a room in a house, a duplex, or a whole house? All these factors weigh in greatly on affecting what the rent is.

You can't get much for $1,200, plus security deposit and maybe some advance rent and a lease as well.
