Size: it is less than 4 feet by exactly 2 feet table surface.
I have a regulation foosball table that is less than 5 feet by exactly 2-1/2 feet. I think the foosball top would be a little crowded for 4 (2 on a side) to play, but workable. It might be easier for 2 players on the smaller top as it is difficult to reach all the handles on our table for two players.
I would say it is way too small for ping pong, bowling, and shuffleboard. the Hockey games might be fun at that size, but I would guess it might incite aggression as the players would be in close proximity of each other. Cards, Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Tic Tac Toe and card playing would work fine.

Ping Pong might work better if you put the two side by side and played singles.

You know kids, you'd be better off going to the grocery store and asking for boxes to take home and let them play with those. Give them a bottle of elmers and tell them to make a skyscraper or the Capitol building!
