I think being happy means that over all your life is where you want it to be, generally speaking. That doesn't mean you don't have bad days - more, it means when someone asks you "if you could do it all over again, what would you change?" you respond "nothing (or not much anyway)".

no. in fact women go through these "waves" of emotions. there are times when they are really happy and times when they need to just be sad. being happy means going through this cycle and returning to being happy and not staying at the low part of the wave. (it takes a month to complete the cycle).

No being happy all the time is not reality.Just like being sad all the time is not.

No one can be happy all the time. Bieng happy simply means to look for the positive in situations, to enjoy the simple pleasures in life and not take life or loved ones for granted.

i dont think that anyone could be happy ALL the time. you have your moments.

No, I dont think so, Happines is the grup of moments you live on the jurney of live, and the way you get experience from them.
