It depends. Sometimes in my dreams, anything that goes on is happening to me and I am the center of all the action. Other times it's like a movie in which I have no part. I'm just an innocent bystander, watching everything take place. Sometimes I have dreams where I figure out that I'm dreaming, and I can control them.

both-but when you are watching them, it's called a lucid dream. it's a dream you have right before rem or deep sleep. some people believe you have the ability to controle these types of dreams or even wake from a dream and fall back to sleep and continue a dream you were enjoying.with a little practice it's not that hard, if your in tune with your self. there's a lot wrote about lucid dreams, i highly recommend you look it up, when you have some time,it's really interesting. sweet dreams...

When I dream, it's usually a mix of both. Kinda like a movie, where the camera changes from first person to third. Sometimes I'm seeing everything through my own eyes, and sometimes I can see myself and I'm watching the scene play out.
You've got me thinking though; I never realised it, but that's kind of a weird way to dream.

Both. But, the one that wake me with a jolt are the ones I'm in where there is a disagreement with someone in my dream. In others it's like I'm watching myself interact with someone else, while I'm also a bystander. I hope that one makes sense.

In them.
In a more recent dream I remember, I was playing a ukulele that had sort of fabric in the way of the fingerboard. Considering that, I was getting incredible sound.

Both. This morning I had a dream my mom and I were trying to clean all kinds of bugs and lizards out of my house. It was a huge infestation of creatures and we were running all over the place, trying to kill them all.
