Powerful! George Bush!
His plan is awesome, it just gets kicked around by Congress and Senate and it never comes out the way he wants it!
It takes forever for anything to happen after a decision is made by The Man. By the time something is done so many people have put their finger in the pie it is not worth eating!

Right now probably Cheney. Don't underestimate the power of the Chairman of the Federal Reserve though. Right now that is Ben Bernanke. He has the power to change the interest rates in the United States, which can send the stock markets plummeting or rising.

Some no name. Just like the ones that can really push the button aren't the officers, but the technicians that work behind the lock. Think about it.

Dick Cheney unfortunately. With Rove and DeLay trying to avoid jail time and the president pitifully inept and terminally stupid, it's the Cheney and rumsfeld show.

Is it 2008 yet?
