Well, you may not be able to totally get rid of it, but you can do a few things to minimize it.
Make sure you get enough sleep.
Cut down on caffeine.
Get enough exercise.
Also, some women find that being on birth control helps them with the symptoms of their menstrual cycle. Talk with your doctor about that.

Drink proper amount of water. It is very important to get enough sleep. Try to excerise continously for 30 minutes everyday . Also Midol or tums and try to go light on salt but do not cut it out and try to cut out carbonated bevereages.

Sometimes I take Aqua-Ban, a mild diuretic that seems to take away that puffy, bloated feeling.
