Only if by premature you mean outside the woman's body. Then, the answer would be yes. If ejaculation takes place inside the woman's vagina, the man is as likely to be fertile as any other man. There is reason to believe that female orgasm increases her fertility *slightly*. This could be another consideration, but only of marginal significance.
