best way to find out is to go to a companies website, and check their "Quality Assurance Testers" department. that generally tells you what you need. Its not all that hard, but generally you need about 10 to 12 hours a week spare to devote to your "job", you have to be willing to write up a full report on the game, devoting ALL of your attention to small details, rather than just the fun parts. You must note all bugs, errors, glitches and the like, as well as if its too difficult or easy, or too slow paced or too fast.
