You can buy velcro fasteners at any fabric/sewing shop (in the USA) and can attach these to the clothes you purchase.

I personally would not because when I was in 7th grade my mom had the hardest time finding me a black skirt for the school chorus class I was taking. she had to give up so she actually made me a skirt by hand no pattern she did not even use a machine. Well she used velcro instead of a button and the velcro came undone during the concert and I really do not have to say what happened next so I think I am a little affraid of velcro.

no i would not buy clothes with velcro closures
i like bottons or snaps velcro picks up a lot of lint and fuzz and things like that and they would in time plug the velcro up or at least you would think so
i dont really know maybe it really depends on what it is i guess

Ha! Well, they make clothing with velcro for people who are wheelchair-bound. I know because my father-in-law is quadriplegic. Just do a search using the words: handicap clothing velcro. Clothing with velcro is big business!

I don't like the way velcro snags in things and wears out. Maybe an improved version.
