It is so easy to go to this magic box and get an answer to almost anything. This is my new toy and I'm having a ball, BUT...I hope I never lose my love of books .When I see an answer to one of my questions that would take the minimum of 10 minutes to answer, pop up in three minutes, it's like they faxed me a page off the web. I envisioned everyone running to their record collections and madly searching thru them when I asked Beatle or Wings questions.Instead I got a perfectly typed out HUGE list of songs that didn't mean anything to me. I'm old fashioned. I'm also sleepy.

No, I break out the Funk and Wagnals every chance I get.. You have all the power in the world at your finger tips and you think I need to use the card catalog. Just the speed of the search alone make it worth while. Have you ever tried to read Micro-fiche???
