I believe it was Da Vinci's The Last Supper. I haven't read or seen the film. I'm boycotting the book and the film because it is a slap in the face of anyone who ever studied art. They try to sell this ridiculous idea that someone altered the composition to hide a dark secret. Whatever! That is complete BS. If you were to change the positions of any of the disciples, then it would completely mess up the whole structure of the composition. Seriously, take a look at it. There's a reason why Da Vinci was considered one of the great masters. Phff! I'd rather go see the Omen.

The Mona Lisa holds the clue "So Dark the Con of Man" which is an anagram for "Madonna of the Rocks", both which hang in the Louvre.

The Last Supper, which is in Italy, supposedly contains an image of Mary Magdalene. She is the one of Jesus' left in the picture. Brown claims that there are several symbols of the feminine divine encoded within the painting by Da Vinci.
