The Bible says that "even a child is known by his doings." Most parents treat children according to behavior. Children who are being molested should tell their parents. Our contemporary society sometimes leads children to hide things like that from their parents because nobody likes a "squealer". The price we pay as a society is a deep rift between children and parents and children suffer the most for it.

Maybe the child isn't being molested. Maybe the child is hitting puberty - hormones can cause sudden behavioral changes. How old is the child in question?

"spoiled" is a word that conveys a fairly consistent meaning in the context of child behavior.
it's not usually the context that you have described.
Generally, "spoiled" carries the idea of a child presuming to deserve ownership of things without having had to earn them and to the point of presuming that tantrums are the right behavior to enact when they don't get what they want... NOW.

it's a part of our society. people in America are all mean and hateful, and they get their kicks by telling someone off.
they see someone dressed a certain way or act a certain way, or see someone walking down the road, and they instantly start criticizing. Americans are all about stereotyping each other, then they get mad when someone else judges them.
trust me, I know how it feels. you're sitting in a public place and you hear people muttering, "I feel sorry for him" or "I'm glad she didn't raise me" or "someone should give that brat a good talking to"
it's all the ego complex, everyone thinks they are experts at everything.

wow thats an interesting connection.
because normally a child, psychologically speaking, if molested, will become more introverted and shy, rather than outgoing and rude.
