I try the worm and ended up breaking my nose. Anyways, you get on the floor in a position like a push-up, them put you stomach on the floor but your hands still need to look like your doing a push-up, next you bend you knees and get off your stomach. It goes something like that. Be careful!

i can do the worm perfectly!!!! lol its probly a useless talent but you start with your legs facing down on the floor and your back bent so that from your waist up is off the ground. then push your body down onto the ground and fling everything up from the waist down. as you bring your legs back down return to your starting position and repeat.
ps---- if you practice on your bed first it helps. thats how i learned to do it.

By having an extreamly flexible body and get on your stomach, push off iwth your hands, and fling your feet up in the air.....i think......
