I'm a Christian and I support gay marriage. Laws have nothing to do with my religion and I don't believe in pushing my views or religion on anyone else. I also believe that God gave us free will for a reason. We do supposedly live in a "free" country and God gave us free will.
Besides, who cares what goes on in other people's bedrooms!

I don't believe that God would ever approve of that sort of thing. Nor do I believe that any true Christian would. And yes, God loves everyone, but he doesn't approve of the gay lifestyle. It is an abomination to him! Aside from that, God's love for gays doesn't automatically reserve them a place in Heaven, nor anyone else for that matter, unless they're willing to repent, and turn to Christ. To say that Christians are bigots because they disapprove of the gay lifestyle is simply untrue. People who never accepted Christ simply don't know any better, and make the assumption that Christians are passing moral judgement on others. And I mean that in all sincerity. No one is any better than anyone else--we've all sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23). You've just got to remember that homosexuality is a sin, and God HATES sin.

"Whoever wished to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God." James 4 (Bible)
God created Satan but He does not love him.
Remember judgment goes both ways, you can judge as innocent or guilty it is just as much a judgment to accept gays as it is to not accept them, so don't condemn someone for judging if you are doing the same thing.

I agree with you. If you call yourself a Christian you are supposed to love everyone. HOW IS SOMEONE BEING GAY HURTING YOU?! Okay, so it's weird to see two guys/girls kissing, look away. It's not hurting you in anyway so let them be.
And can I add, there are a lot of guys out there who hate gay men but LOVE lesbians. How does THAT one work?!

Read Romans chpt 1 and 2 It says they knew the truth but changed it, and because they did God turned them over to a rebrobate mind. There also is a very strong warning in these scriptures not to judge. I tell you the truth but I will not judge. Read all chpt 1 and 2 of Romans.
24Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

it really depends on what side of the political spectrum they are on...anyway i would be more concerned with what God (or your higher power thinks)....I am a Christian believer and belive it is against God...but i know people will do what they please...so regardless to what i say or the Bible says...People will form their own beliefs and make their own decisions....I can only hope they can accept the effects of those decisions.
God Bless

Christians are bigots. They ignore the stuff they don't like and focus on cheap things they think will make them look good.

There is a difference between a gay person and the gay movement.
God is not on the side of the gay movement.
