I always get the Halls Vitamin C drops. They give u the supply of vitamin c that you need and you can use them all day and they taste good too. I usually start taking them when I think im getting a cold and it usually goes away.

Get a sinus rinse or a netti pot, at any CVS or Walgreens through the drugstore. I used mine this week while I used to be getting ill, with the theraflu sinus and bloodless and zicam I used to be larger in two days. The sinus rinse is vital, flushes out your nasal passages and will get the entire crap out!

There is one remedy discussed on the site below but it sounds like you are to far into the cold for this to work.

Drink plenty of fluids, rest when you can, and take some tylenol or ibuprofen. Also increasing zinc and vitamin c intake can make a difference.
