I have a headache, earache, stuffy nose and sore throat. I also have a slight fever. Help me.

I always get the Halls Vitamin C drops. They give u the supply of vitamin c that you need and you can use them all day and they taste good too. I usually start taking them when I think im getting a cold and it usually goes away.

Get a sinus rinse or a netti pot, at any CVS or Walgreens through the drugstore. I used mine this week while I used to be getting ill, with the theraflu sinus and bloodless and zicam I used to be larger in two days. The sinus rinse is vital, flushes out your nasal passages and will get the entire crap out!

Drink plenty of fluids, rest when you can, and take some tylenol or ibuprofen. Also increasing zinc and vitamin c intake can make a difference.

Lots of vitamin C, rest, raise your body temp in a bath or sauna

Try a lime tea with tylenol, go to bed. Hope you get better

black tea or milk with lemon and hunny, rasberry syrup, garlic and onions do some good raw
