Boycott KFC! No creature deserves the treatment that chickens receive. It does not matter if they are going to be used for food in the end, at least let them be happy chickens in their short little lives before the slaughter.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Mahatma Ghandi said you could judge how advanced a culture was by how they treated animals. Cruelty in any form is disgusting.
The best thing you can do is try to make a difference in some way. What that way is only you can decide.

KFC doesn't butcher the birds; they buy them already killed and plucked. I think people should stop questioning the things we eat; I think THAT is cruel! We are carnivores, and that means we eat meat. Most places that are responsible for butchering kill in the quickest way possible, which maximizes their profit and efficiency. Accordingly, the animals suffer very little, if at all. If you don't want to eat meat/poultry/fish for any reason, don't. That goes for you and all your well meaning (if not misguided) friends. If at some point later on you get the urge for meat/poultry/fish, then indulge your self knowing that it's only your nature to do so. SHEEEEESH!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Throwing up hands, shaking head and walking away)

I really don't think what KFC does to chickens is any different then what we do to a chicken when we buy it in the store and then bring it home to cook and then eat.

Oh get off the PETA wagon. Thats what they are raised for!. And they are just killed. It's been going on for thousands of years. The slaughter of chickens. The world would be over-run with freakin' chickens. But if you want, we can put them all in your backyard.

They are fed and housed and not chased by cats. They are better off than 99.9999999% of all pigeons, sparrows, etc. Once they are dead, why should they object to their remains being used as food? Bacteria will get them anyhow. Do you have something against bacteria? Animal rights sounds all nice and good, but in the end, it's Just Plain Against Evolution.

I think there should be a law that you're not allowed to eat meat until you've actually killed something. Then I wouldn't have to wait in line at KFCruelty...
