The saved password will not open my friend's account, and she does not know how to get into her e-mail.?

This e-mail account is set up with the saved password on my computer, so I can access it for her when she calls me or when she is at my house to check it herself.

To find your lost password, go to the sign in page and under the password box it will say "forgot password?" Click the link and follow given instructions.

Tell her to type the password in again, maybe it didn't register the first time!

Just have her password reset

she has to go on her computer and change her password, thats all
