peppermint, chamomile,catnip, or any normal herbs you can pick from your garden

Okay, if I put a labl on my package stating for PET use ONLY and they turn around and use it and get sick...can they sued me then??? This is relating to the use of catnip.

I think it's a good idea to put a warning on the packages of catnip so people don't think it's for human consumption.

Otherwise, I can't see what the problem would be unless you used a bunch of poisonous insecticide on the peppermint and chamomile. If you did, you should also include a warning that says: not for human consumption. And make it clear that the herbs that you are selling are for potpourri or decorative purposes only.

This is America...you can be sued for anything. Technically, certain herbs are regulated by the FDA as medicinals, and others as food items. Either way there are volumes of legal BS stating who can sell, and how.
