I'd start by looking at the fan and giving it a clean if its necessary. If you've changed memory sticks, then they could be defective - there's always the option of a virus infection as well

Did you try overclocking your computer?
If you did and messed up your settings in your BIOS, try resetting the CMOS.

If you have no idea what this is, this can be done in two ways.
1) You have to change jumpers on your motherboard itself clear the CMOS. This is usually different for each motherboard, so try finding the user manual for your motherboard and look it up.
2) Secondly, you can just take out the small, round, flat battery on your motherboard. This also resets the CMOS. Leave it out for around a full minute, stick it back in, and your BIOS should be as good as new! (you have to set the time again though... O_o)

This works only if you messed up on settings with your BIOS. If this is because of a hardware failure... then I'm not sure...

You need to start by resetting your BIOS to Default settings. The quick and dirty method is to remove the CMOS battery for 30 seconds then replace and reboot. It will look like a small silver disk about the size of a nickle. Then go back through the Bios and reset your CPU clock to match your processor.

Make all changes to the bios one at a time to make sure it will run smoothly.

What hardware have you added recently? That would be the first question. Sounds like you have one component that is running at a different speed than the rest of the system.

check your computer BIOS speed or frequency. Bcoz anybody changed this frequency of BIOS so your other hardware dont match with your Motherboard.

Go to BIOS setup & change to default bios setup of BIOS frequency.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!
