I'm 13 and I don't know if that matters. Anyways I live in a small town so it was weird that this dream took place in a huge city, but there were no cars or ppl out on the streets or sidewalks. I walk into this building w/ 2 open sides and it's like a cafe/restaurant and its huge and grey/silvery...everything is except the ppl. I see the guy I like talking to his friend and he's all nervous cuz he's gonna ask me out. I walk over to a table where my friend (who looks different, but I sense that its her...at the time she was gonna hook the 2 of us up but liked him too) and she had a cake/cupcake type thing w/ pink frosting and sprinkles that mesmorized me somehow. She led me outside and I felt bad for leaving the guy i like inside, but because I was like hypnotised I followed her across the empty street a bit doubtfully and turned and saw the guy i like standing watching me walk away and almost attempting to follow me and she has this almost cruel look on her face. What does it mean?

In real life she is 5'8 and 132 lbs. and really pretty. I'm 5'5 and 194 lbs. and not that pretty. I think she has a way better shot w/ him.....but I know for a fact that I like him more....WAY more.........

the streets and sidewalks were empty...inside the cafe was packed, but everyone was a duller almost more grey color...except the guy i like, his friend, and my friend.

That sounds like a really interesting dream. It sounds like you subconcsciously feel that your in competition with your friend over this guy. You said that you guys were the only people in your dream world. That is because that is all you are concerned with. As for your friend leading you away from the guy you like, perhaps she is trying to draw away your attention from him so that she can have him.
We often play out scenarios such as this one in our heads while we sleep when we are worried about how something will turn out. sometimes it happens to come true, other times it doesn't .
Either way, stay alert and make sure to keep an eye on your friends motives

Only you can really answer that question because it's your dream, created by your mind and incorporating your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I can tell you what I think it means but that doesn't mean I'd be correct because I don't know you at all. You should probably reflect on it and see what seems plausible in the context of your life. Dream "dictionaries" and interpretation guides are bunk. It's what it means to you that matters.

Silver color = pure emotions and also something out of reach at the moment (like the moon)
Empty streets = lack of pleasure in your life, a chance to create a blank slate and start over
Restaurant/Cafe = desire for company in life
Cake = feeling that you need to indulge, wanting something sweet to happen in your life

It's not a sign that she'll end up getting him instead of you, or keep you from getting him. It's just your waking worries about the possibility rolling around in your head while you're asleep.
However, even if you get to be with him, it may make your relationship with her turn kinda sour, like if she tries to break you up so she can get with him. But then, I coulda told you that without an explanation of your dream heh.

Since, you said that you are 192 lbs, it means than you probably indulge in eating stuff like cakes, etc., You feel that she is more presentable than you, maybe your friend offers you things to eat and often and sub-consciously you feel that she has bee intentions for offering you stuff to eat so that you grow more obese than her. (at age 13, I think even 132 lbs is a little on the high side, despite the height). I hink you resent your friend being not as heavy as you, and maybe you feel that somehow she is responsible for your obesity. (I am sorry for being so blunt)
So I suggest you give up eating more and tone down yourself to a appropriate weight for your age and heigh and try not to sit down for meals, snacks, eating in general, etc with your friend.

i think it means that the guy is gonna come between u 2 and you want a cupcake/cake thing.and i wouldnt say concentrate on school because im 12 so im in the same boat

it means that you are afraid she will get him, and that you will be left out. the cupcake with the hypnotizing effect represents her beauty luring guys away from you. the cruel look on her face represents doubts about your friendship. maybe you have reasons to not trust her, and dismissed those reasons because you value your friendship with her. and then again, maybe not. dream interpretation is not an exact science, so do not jump to conclusions. my advice to you is be careful, and try to not get hurt.
