I went out to dinner. But, I'm getting up early tomorrow to go for a bike ride, so no partying for me tonight.
Why aren't you out?

Because I have the freedom, the right to do so.
I also have the right to have the NSA monitor my internet patterns, or have my cell phones tracked by the Echelon listening posts by the British and Aussies (who trade with our gov't who spies on them).
Often, I eat snacks while doing so.
