After I see a scary movie, I usually make sure I have something else to do afterwards. Something like go to a party so t hat the movie won't be the last thing on your mind

hey, the same thing happened to me once. i watched the Grudge (don't watch it, it's stupid) in theaters with my brothers about 2 years ago and was totally freaked. esepcially cuz it was my first real horror movie to ever see. anyways, i couldn't sleep that night cuz i was so scared. i heard noises that just were weird. it took me about a week to finally pull my act together and tell myself "you know what... it's only a movie." ever since i watched that movie... i love horror/scary movies! in fact, i'm going to watch See No Evil in about 20 minutes! good luck...

I saw that movie, too. It is pretty scary. I suggest you watch some real funny comedy stuff--it might help you forget. Good luck!

Notice all the faking movie stunts, and bad acting. Sometimes just watch it again and again, that usually get rid of my fears. It makes you prepared for all the gruesome scenes.

lol, it takes a while. the first time i saw a really freaky movie, i couldn't sleep at all. so try watching a happier movie, one that makes you laugh. then remind yourself its JUST A MOVIE! i know like you know that and all but its good to remind yourself. also, try to forget the details of it.
good luck.

Oh, dear. Try listening to some music that makes you feel good -- I don't mean ready-for-action good, more like mellowed-out good.
