Spyware Doctor is excellent. I was having some real problems, and it cleared them right up!

The only way you are going to get a good spyware/adware removal program is to buy one. All the ones you mentioned above are freeware and dont work that great. If you are looking for a real solution go buy yourself a copy or webroots Spysweeper. it is a really good removal program. otherwise if you dont want to spend any cash your limited the few you already mentioned.

Adaware is very good and it is not a large program size for what it does.
I don't know what you mean by "take up much CPU" ?
(maybe you mean memory)?

Get rid of all that crap and dowmload Norton Anti virus from limewire.com - it won't cost anything and it will give your PC complete safety
