"Lost Episodes" start Sunday, July 9th, at 9:00 P.M.
Unfortunately, there is no news pertaining to the date that season 3 begins. The word on the street is that it's not going to happen.

it's not, they are going to release the small amount of sketches that were made for it on a single DVD called "the lost episodes"

It's not. Dave himself has said Chappelle's Show is pretty much dead at this point.
