a lot of time when you over do it in the gym when your not used to it, you will wake up with pain the following morning. Since u r an active guy and keep in shape, its very possible you pulled a muscle, just over did it more than usual, or bruised a bone. Depending on exactly where on the upper part of the leg front or back or leaning toward inner thigh, maybe you pulled a groin muscle? That i have know experience in so im just guessing by your pain. But sciatica is something i am painfully familliar with and that is a lower back condition that effects the nerves and it feels like an invisible burning line from your lower back straight down thru the back of your thigh. this doesnt seem to unusuall to have the pain set in 24-48hrs later. i wouldnt get yourself too crazy. Have you spoke to your kickboxing coach/teacher? take it easy, if its any strain pull or internal bruise it just will have to heal on its own, if you dont feel rite about giving it a day or two, go see your dr, or go to the ER. i sympathize w/ u the waiting feels like forever. good luck.

You've more often than not been making an attempt this already however persist... When he is trotting ask him to enter a canter in order that the primary stride he's taking leads off at the correct leg. So, in a trot, as he's simply stepping onto his fallacious leg, get ready, then push him right into a canter. The subsequent stride will have to be thinking about the correct leg. Keep up making an attempt like this and also you would see outcome. Some horses get within the addiction of doing matters a designated method. If you've got ever attempted to give up smoking or biting your nails you'll be able to understand simply how elaborate historical behavior are to damage! Also, if he is simplest doing it on one part, he would have affliction in his leg or shoulder. I desire I've helped. Hope you've got many glad rides to return.

Go to a sports clinic - a regular doctor might not know all the best therapies for those injuries. If the doctor's easier to get to, sure, go there. You might have ripped a ligament or muscle. You have got to rest that leg - all the kick-boxing experts I know say the same thing. You might even need crutches for at least a fortnight.

Stop exercising. Do not listen to any trainers who tell you to push it further and cause real damage. If they do - hey, hop away! Seriously.

Your might have done one of two things

1) Strained a legmen, or torn it (If you have or think you have go the the doctor's asap

2) You might have an infection, same thing happened to me, if you see a dark of light kind of line going up towards your upper body, get to the hospital right away, if it reaches your heart you can die.

Hope it helps

Tendon and muscle cramping, you forgot to stretch? Take hot bath before bed after extra exercise? Or maybe you dislocated it and didn't realize it because you were having so much fun? This has happened to me (not hip though)

It sounds like you pulled a muscle or it could be sciatica, an inflammation of a nerve. See a Dr.

Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve, possibly the sciatic nerve. You may want to see a chiropractor or doctor if it doesn't get better.
