I'm sick of people sterotypeing me because of the music i listen to and the clothes i where! I'm sick of being sterotyped!!!

hmmmm i wear black all the time,i listen to music that my friends can't stand cuz it's "too scary"and i live w/ ppl calling me emo and goth.sure i hate it but u have to deal w/ it.

i'm sure this wasn't what u were hoping to get as an anserw but yea.

if ppl call u that just tell them ur not.say that "i just like dressing like that and like to listen to that type of music.and u shouldn't jugde me w/o getting too know me u ******** ******!"

Johnny Cash wasn't goth. Black doesn't automaticly make you goth. What music do you listen to? How do you accessorize? Wear your makeup? More than color choice is speaking about you. Nuns are not thought to be goth. Nor are the amish.

Well, most people equate 'wearing black and listening to certain kinds of music' with 'being goth'. It's not fair, of course, but as many wearers of black can tell you, it's something you must expect. Who knows, maybe you can educate them so they'll know 'wearing black' and 'gothic' aren't synonomous.

Hell yeah,I feel your pain!! A lot of people act the same way towards my sexuality and it p.isses me off, I mean just because I'm a lesbian doesn't mean I hate guys, nor does it mean I like every girl I see. The thing is people are too d.amn ignorant to look past the surface, they tend to base things on first impression, or what they see a handful do.

well tracy if you think you are then you are. but the last time i looked i thought black was a slimming color so i wear it all the time and im far from goth as my inside colors are the colors of the rainbow........no dark colors here.
