Our rights aren't being abused unless we're making phone calls to Al-Sadr over in Iraq. Every action being taken is completely Constitutional, and the only court being passed up (FISA) is unconstitutional in nature because President Carter illegally ceded his power. Nothing going on is abusing my rights, and I am fine with the federal government catching terrorists.

The media act as a vehicle for state and corporate propaganda in which only a narrow scope of debate is permitted. And the U.S. political parties as “two factions” of one “business party.
This is a major problem and people need to stop being just angry and start acting to combat this assault.

As far as I know...they haven't really been abused. Except for Freedom of Speech...in the workplace. Sometimes I want to call people I work with a moron out loud, but they will fire me. And things I'd like to say here, but I would be kicked off.

I don't think my rights to equality have been abused. I think they are all still intact. The rights that have been abused are my property rights (immenent domain ruling by Supreme Court).
