What does this question have to do with Germany?
I've never been with an uncircumcised man, but I think that circumcised penises look better.

I doubt it....the head of the penis is exposed when it is erect, so it wouldn't make any difference for the woman. The man however has more nerve endings in an uncut penis, so it would feel better for him.
