Midol. It's the best thing for cramps, and also relax in a HOT bath, and heating pads are nice too.

Advil and Tylenol...(ibuprofen and acetaminophen) are muscle relaxers. They work best for cramps if taken before they get really bad. Advil works the best for me, although you must take it on after having something to eat. Midol is Advil based, and doesn't help me at all. (ibuprofen is the same as Advil, its just the no-name brand with the same ingredients.) Another way to help is if they are really bad, consider the pill. I went on the pill because of cramps. You do not actually need pills for cramps. You need to anti-spasmotic, herbal tea. Try ginger or sassafras. Good luck.

3 ibuprophen every 4-5 hours! All them expensive cramp medicines make me sick and don't work for me! They add caffine to some of it!

you can take all kinds of pills but DONT take them all at the same time unless your a dummy. u can take, motrin, pamprin, aleve, aspirin(i dont if that really works), but i always take motrin. hope this helps.
