Wal-Mart. I work at the jewelry dept. at Wal-Mart and you can order earrings, rings, and necklaces with your name on it. Available in yellow or white gold, and sterling silver.

Try any flea market where you can even haggle a great price. I've also started seeing custom name jewelry available for order at Wal-Mart.
