I think I can help you.
First you get your eyeshadow. The ones that mainly have a few colors in there. If you look at it there are like glittery ones and neutral looking ones and dark looking ones.
First you get like a brush and you apply on a the neutral color over the entire lid. It's shaped like a moon crescent or an almond. And then you get a brush that is I think called a angle brush or sometihng like that. And you apply a decent amount of the dark color over your crease. While doing this to your crease, you should look up a little bit so you can see the distinction between your crease and so it doesn't look so flat from just looking straight. And then you put a generous amount of the glittery light color to under your brow bone. Just about an inch wide. And then if you want get a blending brush and you use it to blend then neutral color and you base together.
Hope you get what I'm talking about haha. =]

Makeup Tips
Here are a few tips on applying makeup. In particularly, eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara.
Making your eyes look brighter
To make the whites of your eyes look brighter, use a light blue Pencil under the eyes or blue eyeshadow lightly applied under the eyes. White pink and yellow eyeliners also have the effect of brightening up the eyes.
Applying eyeshadow
Before you start, dust eyelid with a dampened brush and a little face powder. This will help to prevent your shadow from melting. Choose three shades in the same colour family - light, medium and a darker shade for contrast. Apply the lightest shade on the entire lid from brow to lash line. The medium shade is going to bring out the colour of your eyes. Apply from lash line to just above the crease. The darkest colour is going to be applied close to the lashes. Dampen the brush and then pick up a little colour. Smudge it in around the lash base. If you have bags beneath your eyes, you might want to only line the top lashes
Prevent creasing of eyeshadow
To keep eye shadow from creasing first dust the lid with powder. It creates an oil-free surface to ensure the shadow goes on smoothly.
Applying mascara
It is essential to ensure a thorough coat of mascara is applied from the root to tip of the eyelashes. Always start by applying the mascara to the root of the lash before rolling the brush towards the lash tip in full even strokes. This will ensure you have a fully defined lashes and maximum.
when applying mascara to the lower lashes hold the brush vertically and brush form side to side with full strokes.

I can't provide a website, but I'm a cosmetologist. I'd be more than happy to help you with some professional advice. I don't know exactly what your interested in, but two or three colors work best, starting w/ the lightest on first (works as a base), darkest color on the actual lid, middle color on the crease, then blend, blend, blend. If you need additional help, feel free to email me.
