I don't know. As an American I find it so hilarious that the UK keeps pissing away so much money into that royal family thing. Granted, I wouldn't be so amused it I were English, but since I'm not-
HAHAHAHAHAHA-
And let them keep talking about Bush all they want. At least we elected him. What do they call it over there? Divine Right? HAHAHA- glad my tax dollars don't go to ski trips, drinking binges, designer clothes, torrid love affairs, expensive cars and castles and God only knows what else...

How about Impeaching Bush???
Where do you come up with Impeaching Brittish royalty????
You can't impeach a Royal of Brittain!! They are Royals because they were born into it and besides Brittain is no longer a Monarchy it's a Democracy! So if you mean impeaching brittsh prime minister?? Then that is more understandable to the question you are asking!!

Well, I'm Irish so I can't really answer that...
However, If I was British (we watch their media, etc), I would not impeach the Royal Family.
They cost the British government 2-3 Billion pounds a year (that be around $4-6 billion).
But it is a great thing for your country to have and, despite all controversy, all Britons are very proud of their royal family and would'nt do without them!

They are mainly figureheads. The only problem I've got is how much they are costing Britain, but a president would probably be as bad if not worse.
Blair wields the power in this country at the moment and he should be impeached for getting into an illegal war, taking away protesters' rights, etc.
At least we have educated leaders, unlike the shrub over there.

Apart from the fact that one can't impeach royals, I'm proud to live under the union flag and our Royal Family. The alternative, the shrub and his lap dog, doesn't bear thinking about. I'd suggest you come here and find out more about us first hand but frankly I don't think you've got the intelligence to comprehend real loyalty which stretches back for thousands of years. Finally, we don't live in the medeival ages - we don't walk the streets carrying weapons, we didn't steal our land from its rightful occupants etc etc...you'd best stay where you are, don't you think?

Please, as you are American you do not have any right to ask questions like this. First, America is little over two hundred years old where British History goes bach thousands of years. British heritage has history to every country in this world. Did you know that several American Presidents were educated in Britain including Bill Clinton and his daughter Chelsea. As i think you can tell we did not educate your present President unfortunatly. Our royal family do a good job for the united Kingdom, look at them as a type of public relations, but their role is Country Relations and they bring a lot of trade to the U.K.

Its good to have a royal family that can represent England around the world, whats not good is the amount of money it takes to keep them, if only we could offer the job for the lowest bidder. Its like titles that are given as reward for national work, Sir, Lord, Earl and Duke have no real value other then the tradition that it allures to. The royal family have no real power they are just figure heads for the real power that works else where, much the same as Bush with the Illuminati.

Only way would be for the British people to vote to become a republic, and I just don't see that happening. Anyway, why would they want to, we are not in the medieval ages, the Queen has little constitutional power, cant make laws etc.
