NOPE! Your belly is already like a hot sauna inside and to add more heat to it all could very easily over cook that little bun in your oven. Dont take any chances! I would say its safe to sit on the edge with your feet in the hot tub but thats about it. This is also the biggest reason why fake baking or tanning is bad- its not so much the unhealthy UV rays, but the heat that you are exposed to that is dangerous. Have fun on your vacation!

Hot tubs say that if you are pregnant or have an infant, you should consult your physician first. I know that your body heat rises and it is too high for the baby if you are in for to long. Maybe only like 5 minutes under 104... I wouldn't get into one while pregnant though... Have you ever heard about all the bacteria and germs in a public hot tub... Yuck

As long as its not over 102 degrees and your not in longer than 5-10 min. It is a risk though cause you can pass out. But my doctor said you can as long as the temp is lower than usual. You shouldnt take baths or showers hotter than that either!

absolutely not. sitting in a hot tub will increase your blood pressure, body temp and circulation. please do not sit in the hot tub.

also - be very careful when getting a massage or pedicure. there are pressure points (in the ankle area) that can induce labor.

ask your ob/gyn for more details. enjoy your vacation!

you should never go into a hot tub while you are pregnant. your body lets off more heat at the end so it could harm your baby

It is ok if the temperature is under 100 degrees and if the jets are not blowing on you. But, you should not stay in very long.

No, it's not. The water is too hot for your baby and you, and if the hottub owner doesn't keep the hottub cleaned and disinfected as it should be, you and baby could possibly get sick.
