Aloe lotion.. here in a hawaii we would find it near the suntan lotions or near the lotions.. there is one that is green gel like form in the bottle made for sunburns.. i use noxema it feels cool on the skin.. but if u can find aloe.. or the aloe lotion made for sunburns that is the best

I fell asleep in on the beach for six hours once with only an SPF-15.... I lathered myself in plain old Noxema for a few days (just leave it on - dont rinse it off) , not only will it cool your skin, but it will also moisurize it so you won't peel.
You can also call any tanning salon and see what they have to offer you - they sell specialty products for sunburned skin.

Pink Pepto-Bismol...immediately cools and takes the sting out...Seriously! Later on, Rinse it off & Apply Aloe Vera.

definitely aloe vera and I see you have received this advice repeatedly...and all of them are good. If you feel nauseous cause it's so bad. Take an ibuprofen, too. And you might even want to see a doctor if you feel bad. Hope it gets better soon.

I use aloe. If it is painful, go to wal-mart and pick up some aloe with lidocaine (pain reliever). I've tried it and it works.
