All year long, there was this guy at my school who I really like. I wanted to learn more about him without asking, so one day I googled him on the internet to see if I could fing anything. Guess what I found out. . . He may be very popular at school, but at home, there are many problems going on. I feel sorry for him, since my life isn't even that hard. I want to help him. What would you do?

I wouldn't be surprised. A lot of people seek acceptance at school when they can't get it at home. For some this leads to popularity and for some others it leads to wanting to be so popular that they would kill because of it.
As for what you should do, be friendly towards him. Where did you find this information? Does he have a blog or on-line journal? If so, you could show your support, there. But don't stalk him. You can't control what goes on in his home.

Most people are not who they seem to be on the outside, did you ever hear the saying "you can't judge a book by it's cover"? People in general are very good on hiding the "real" them.
Just be his friend, the last thing he needs is your pity, and if he trusts you enough to let you in on his homelife then so be it.
There is always someone worse off than us, and there is always someone better off than us, is just the way life goes.

First I would realize that GOD is in control and that even TV stars are human. And probably it is that stressful life at home that makes the guy likeable instead of a spoiled rotten, self centered brat that nobody can stand. I would say GOD knows what HE is doing. GOD Bless

i wouldnt be suprised at all because the popular kids are usually the one's who try to drown their stress by hanging out with friends all the time. all you can do is pray for him, God can do anything!

I'd realize that it's friggin' high school, nobody cares about high school once they've left so just let him deal with his own mess while you try to get good grades.
