Hmm. This really depends on a number of factors. How long have you known one another? Is it the first or second date, have you known each other for awhile, etc. Does this girl know that you like her? If you have known each other for awhile, it will then depend on the setting, and the conversation you are having. Pause, look longingly into her eyes, lean in, and kiss her! She will melt!

How do you make someone want something? Think about how they do it in advertising and marketing: deny it to them, make them feel like they need it, make it seem like other people want it to.
