Recently, I saw my boyfriend picking at his testicles and I asked why. He says they itch, but he's for sure that he doesn't have pubic lice (crabs). His doctor told him that. But he didn't tell his doctor that he had itching problems. Why does he have this problem? He says after showering, they stop itching. And whenever he masturbates, they start to itch and they itch afterwards. What could be the problem with him? I don't want him to be itching there forever with those hands! I need them too!

I forgot to add that also he says that putting powder, as one answer stated, down there, makes it stop itching. To clarify my details, he wipes himself dry after getting out of the shower.

well, if its a simple itch its alright but sounds like a very serious itch problem. perhpas he can switch from a briefs underwear design and wear boxers instead. putting powder at the testicles and on the penis is another way to temporary stop the itch after a bath. He should also see the doctor to get another check at the itch problem.it is because if it affects his masturbation, then it need to be checked to ensure that his itch can be solved.so the best way is to let the doctor check to get maybe a cream or medicine to apply.

Itching of the testicles is a natural condition caused by sweating. That is why the itching is relieved after showering. The more crowded the testicles are, the greater the tendency to sweat. Sounds like a problem with benefits.

Whenever you are between arousal and non you tend to itch. Its not that its "itchy" it just feels good to massage in a different way. The penis also gets a lot of buildup in your pants. Make sure he isn't wearing too tight underwear and I would probably switch to boxers if not boxer briefs.
Also applying cream is very important. Keep it moisturized because it might start to flake skin off which will make sex painful.

He probably has a yeast infection on and around his genitals. Have him rub some Monistat or other yeast infection curing cream on that area. It may burn like heck at first, but after a few days, his itching should be gone.
