statistically if you were to receive 1,000,000 kicks (hopefully not all in a row) then 999,999 of those would at worst produce some bruising and swelling that would resolve ina week or two - no permanent damage

but the other 1 kick could rupture a testicle or cause a torsion both of which could further result in you losing a testicle

however you do have two (I hope) so even losing one still leaves you fertile and functioning - it is extremely unusual for both testicles to be ruptured as one hangs lower and takes more of the force

if the impact that was on the testicles were very hard, then the testicles might swell, and might even cause a torsion. therefore the testicles will be in pain. if pro-long pain on the testicles are not being treated, it might also cause a loss on the testicles. which normally might be the very very last possible solution.

Well i know a guy whos about 17 and when he was 15 he ran into a metal pipe stickin out of the ground and it split up 1 of his nuts and it was just hangin there by a tiny bit of skin and he had to get it removed.

he could have a ruptured testicle (burst) or torsion of the testicle(twisted blood vessel, cutting off blood to it)I think are the two biggies. You need medical attention for these conditons or you could lose your testicle, okay?

most of the time your testicles are quite reflexive, when face with danger they usually move up to the body.....however, a sudden impact injuries could affect the production of sperm.....
