Blue shades enhance your eye color—browns make it pop for a get-noticed, intensified blue!
I wouldn't know this but I just thought I'd see what I could come up with doing a yahoo search on "blue eyes" "eye shadow" and below is the result.

My eyes are dark blue, I like a base color of light rose and then dark rose-mauve in the crease and along the top lash line, and then a little dark rose under the bottom lash to finish.

You should try the smoky dramatic look. I would LOVEEe to do that IF i had your wonderful blue eyes. But i don't.. You should REALLY try it. Go to like a MAC counter and they can teach you how to do it or Chanel if you're willing to spend that amount of money. I really recommend the smoky look! =] Have a good day.

If I were u I wouldn't wear any. Maybe just a little bit of white highlighter on the corner of ur eye and under ur eybrows. I think ur eyes would stand out more.

I have bright blue eyes too, i usually wear neutrals, but sometimes I wear light to moderate purples with pink highlights. Just don't over-do-it with the purples and stuff, you have to apply it lightly

sounds like u got really pretty eyes welp if u are a daring person i think a green shadow would make ur eyes pop but if u are jsut wanting to keep it simple maybe a smoky eye effect would look good you got to expirement to know for sure just keep playin with it till u get it right. good luck!

i have really blue eyes also.....basically with blue eyes you can do whatever you want... but i usually tend to stick with neutrals and tans...to make my eyes "pop"....but try matching your eyeshadow with your outfit colors...it really ties everything together! Have Funn!!
