My friends & I used to offer to clean out garages, basements, attics for a set price (back then 20 bucks) but we would condition that anything the owners were going to get rid of we got to keep, then we would hold a yard sale. One time there was an item that everyone was arguing over (I guess at that time it was an antique) little did we know, we ended up selling it for $100 bucks. Now I think about it it was probably worth more. You never know.. and at the yard sale you could sell lemonade too.. LOL

Yeah a friend of mine, when we were in junior high, used to buy sour straws (a type of candy when I was a kid) from the store in bulk and then sold each one (each straw) for 10 cents. Another classmate used to make friendship bracelets and also sold them.

So I'm sure you can do the same thing. Just buy candy in bulk at Smart n Final and the sell it to people at your school. Try not to be obvious about it or a teacher might stop you. You should do business by word of mouth. Buy different types of candy, sell it for 75 cents each. You'll then figure out which is popular and how much everyone is willing to pay for it.

But everything is a fad though in junior high. Just be mindful of when sales start slowing down so you don't buy too much candy.

find an employer who hires illegal undocumented workers. Chances are he will look the other way and exploit you too cause of your age, but at $3 an hour, in 333 hours you will have the money...can you pick lettuce? Cherries? Oranges? Clean houses? Lots of crooked employers out there that will gladly hire you.
