This was a sweet gift from the Soca Warriors. Lawd ah mercy!
I thought it was over for T& when Avery John was red carded. But the rest of the team stepped up and drew with 10 men. What an exciting match...

I'm in shock!!! Down a man early in the 2nd half and holding a talented team like Sweden off the score sheet was incredible. T&T even hit the goalpost late in the game... WOW.
I only hope they can do better in their next match against England and WIN!!! Soca, Soca, Soca, Soca!!!

TyT has played ok for a team without any kind of football history but this one that those guys are writting down right now, just few hours ago... I feel good for TyT due to that I'm a latino, but to be honest the man was their goalkeeper that was so good and the fact that the swedish get into nerviousism pretty bad to score and they actually missed some great opportunities to make it happen.
If I have to congratulate a man in TyT team I would say the coach who was smart enough to drive his players to play like they did today with 1 man less for several minutes counting on a semi-amateur team with a few exceptions that are playing in the Premier League...
I wish them the best luck of the world but I don't think they are gonna make it against England... but could be another surprise against paraguay and they can actually beat Paraguay and get inside the history :)

I felt so proud of our team today , I thought based on Sweden 's record we would be hammered but where there is a will there is a way .I feel that any thing is possible now and the other teams in the group have something serious to think about .In fact big up to all small teams like we. We all deserve our spot as much as those 'Big Teams'.

Sweden are supposed to be great defenders but not so hot up front whereas T+T are supposed to be quite good up front but bad in defence so this is actually the logical result. (great defence V good attack, poor attack V poor defense) still suprised that it happened though and expected Sweden to somehow get one goal. Very glad of the score tho definatly beneficial to England.

They simply rocked on the field. The performance of Hislop was rocking, so was of Dwight Yorke.

Mindblowing. Since they are playing the 1st WC, I though sweden would easily defeat them but their defence was very good. also their Goalkeeper was superb
