What is so entertaining to a person that they find it amusing to pick on fat people. Do they realize that we have feelings as well and that we do not like to be riminded constantly that we are fat? Some of us actually do try to lose weight and others have a thyroid problem. I am not saying that all fat people want to be skinny. some do not care one way or another but it is hutrful to pick on fat people so why do people do it?

because some people are so insecure about themselves, the only pleasure the get is from making others more miserable than they are. only a small mind dwells on the outward appearance of a person or thing. a small mind cannot comprehend the depth and beauty of a thing that is not instantly appealing to them. they require instant gratification on all levels and lack the intelligence it requires to appreciate beauty in anything, be it person or object. chin up, there are many who do not ridicule an overweight person and see the delight everyone has to offer. do not be dismayed...they are loud, but they are few....

I hear ya. I used to get picked on when I was younger. I know that was when I was younger but it still hurt. I used to get the "moo" when I walked by and it made me have a low self esteem. Until, I realized later on in my life that those boys.. only did it because they liked me and wanted my attention. Kinda stupid and pointless.. You have to realize that people that have to pick on fat people aren't happy theirselves. I am sorry that you have to go through that. People are so low. You have to keep your chin up and realize that you are better than that.

People are idiots, hon. Not worth your time to even listen to them. Best thing to do is learn to ignore it. I get told I have a ghetto booty all the time and I used to be so embarresed Id wear long t-shirts all the time so no one could see. Screw that. Now its hip huggers and baby tees! Show off the curves, who cares. These people are idiots and they dont deserve your time, so dont listen. :)

Because there too damn skinny for everybody good.It's really harmful though.About once a day somebody calls me chunky...
