if you are doing it for business and don't know what you're doing i'd higher somone, you can get a fully programed site for <50$

If you're going to take the time to put your features into a cookie cutter web page, why not learn to make your own.

W3C (world wide web consortium) has many free tutorials online in basic programming languages. I took two of them and was building my own pages within a week. It's more fun, and you aren't held to the constraints of a pre-made page.

Just a suggestion.

I use Yahoo Webhosting and they have a free SiteBuilder program that is so easy
