my upper body is 100% fatless and ideal perfect. on the other hand, my *** and thighs are 3 times as wide as the average persons!!! so i have a fugly pear-shaped body! i'm trying as many work-outs as i can, and nothing's working! my diet is very strict and i eat only fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole wheat, and i'm quitting meat forever. and i'm 14. i'm too scared to wear a bathing suit, shorts, or even long pants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i look like i'm in maternity!!!!!!!!!!

what is a perfect solution for this life-threatening crap?!?!?!?!?!

I think ur too young to be worrying about stuff like this, but trust me you will eventually learn to accept ur body. I have the opposite problem that you have. I have broad shoulders and big breasted. I used to be really self conscious about it but I learned to find the right clothes to accentuate what I wanted. And eating less isn't going to help. Thats just ur body type. I actually have a friend who is only attracted to girls with ur body type. I know its easier said then done but learn to accept ur curves. Hey look at Beyonce or Jennifer Lopez.

chances are, at age fourteen you're still growing. this makes it ideal for you to star burning the fat right now. so do the exercises for a bit and if no results show up, consult your physician.

maybe try the bike pedaling exercise where you lay down on the ground in position for crunches and try to touch the right elbow to the left knee and vice versa repeat. but the best for you sounds like high knee raising jogging. jog lightly with your hands held in front of your waist at waist height, when u jog, raise ur knee up to touuch your hand

Continue your diet and walk. Concentrate on lower extremity exercise. Riding a bike (dynamic or stationary) will assist. And be proud of your big tush and thighs!! Wear Capri's this summer and long light fabric skirts to keep cool. Always remember to talk to your doctor before changing your diet or starting any exercise regimen.

heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, you're 14,still have a lot to go and get your true and real fugure, just excersice and eat healthy, remember to substitute protein (from the meat) or yo will get sick, but most of all, love yourself more than anybody else.

start walking or swimming to tone your butt and legs right down to size. It's the best you can do to slim your legs.
