Reading day at the local library. A trip to the Zoo. A day (or 12) at the beach. Picnic day (each child decides what to make/bring). Craft day with lunch bags, crayons, markers and felt pieces to make puppets. Quiet day so Mom can unwind from running all over finding them things to do (at least 5 or them). Berry picking. Horse back riding.
There's a few of the things I did on summer vacations. Sorry it's not 60, but some days, my Mom just left us to our own devices and let us play outside.

When I was younger me and my mom would take a day to go to a movie. Or sometimes she would just tell me and sisters that each of us got to pick one thing for us to do that day. Or the beach, or as silly as it sounds she would show me how to cook. Or we would just play board games and watch movies.
