my daughter was on the computer and somehow managed to move the toolbar to the side of the screen and I am unsure of how to put it back. I tried to drag it back to the bottom but i am unable too.

you might just restart your system and that will probably put it back

left click on the toolbar and drag it where you would like it to be.

ok this is a madening one i know(when you find how simple it is, you will laugh)
just left click on an empty spot on the tray somewhere and hold the button down on the mouse and simply drag it to where you want the thing to go!!!
you can even put it on top too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(HA,HA,HA)

Grab it with the mouse pointer and drag it where ever you want it.

drag and drop should work.....right click on it and make sure it isn't locked first
